Nationwide Firm Legislation Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed Nationwide Firm Legislation Tribunal (NCLT) to grant extra time to Zee Leisure and its administrators to file their reply to a plea by Invesco Creating Markets Fund for a unprecedented basic assembly (EGM).
The NCLAT on Thursday stated that NCLT has dedicated an error by not granting Zee Leisure Enterprises LTD (ZEEL) affordable and adequate time for submitting a reply and termed it a violation of rules of pure justice.
